Oh Baby! emphasizes the extremely young age at which children (mostly girls) have to marry, because of the economic situation of the family or ‘just’ tradition. This image is made for an exhibition on this theme, in the context of the presentation of the international Geuzenpenning Award to the Girls Not Brides foundation. During March 2018 it will be exhibited in the KADE40 Art Centre in Vlaardingen, The Netherlands.
